If it is past your estimated delivery date and you still haven't received your package:
Most carriers require us to wait 48 hours after the estimated delivery date before filing a claim. If your package hasn’t arrived within that time, please contact us with your order number. We will be happy to file a claim with the carrier for your lost package and get your products reshipped to you.
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered, but you can't find it:
- Some carriers can accidentally mark packages as delivered, and will deliver them within in the next 48 hours. We also suggest contacting the carrier for an update.
- Be sure to check for attempted delivery notices and ask neighbors if they received your package.
- The carrier that shipped your package is not always the same carrier that delivers your package. Check your mailbox and other areas around your home.
- Carriers will often leave packages in a place they suspect will be safe including front porches, side doors, back porches, and garage areas.
If you still haven't received your package 48 hours after your estimated delivery date, please contact us with your order number so we can file a claim for your package and get your products reshipped to you.
