We stand behind everything we sell. If you're not satisfied with your Osage River purchase, you can return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and non refundable.
You can begin the process in our returns center or you can contact us at 855.335.7939 or support@osagerivergear.com. All returns require a Return Authorization.
Except in cases where the return is the result of an error by Osage River or the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Osage River will not be liable for returns that are lost in transit or returned to the incorrect address; please retain your return tracking information.
If your order arrives damaged or defective or you receive the wrong item please contact customer support within 30 days of delivery. In these cases we will pay for the item to be returned and we can either reship a new item if we have stock available or issue a refund.
